Service of Process
Honored by the “Barrister’s Best - 2007” award by Law Week Colorado, we have become the leader in Colorado for service of process.
Service documents are accepted via email (info@WeServeColorado.com), fax (303-996-0642) or can be picked up from your office (Denver Metro area). Once received, all service packets are entered into our tracking system, which is also available to you online, and the process begins immediately. Postal traces are sent out automatically on each service which reduces wait time in the event of any unforeseen issues such as the defendant or witness having moved unexpectedly. In the event you need to have a witness fee attached to your subpoena, let us know - we’ll provide that for you at no additional charge other than the face value of the check itself.
Attempts begin on routine services within 48 hours. Attempts on rush service begin immediately and continue until the job is finished. We will email you directly of each attempt and any pertinent information. By default, service attempts are conducted in early morning hours and evening hours. It is prudent to supply your server with any knowledge as to the schedule or routine of the target. The element of surprise is at it’s height on the first attempt.
Upon completion of the job, you will receive an email notification with the service details. Shortly thereafter, a pdf copy of the return of service will become available online. Not only will this allow you to e-file faster, but will also give you the peace of mind of always having returns at your disposal at any time. Original returns of service are always mailed to your office. We also provide copies of any other documents related to your case on your account, e.g., postal trace results, DMV reports.
Our office staff and process servers are trained, understanding and friendly people. We are here to serve you and your clients and believe that can be done without the attitude. Call, email, fax or stop by - our goal is your goal.
